/title commands for Java and /titleraw for Bedrock: title, subtitle, actionbar and display times.
The /title command draws text on a player's screen: a title in the centre, a subtitle below it, or a line above the hotbar (actionbar).
Java Edition takes a JSON component, so colours, gradients, hover and clicks all work. Bedrock uses a separate /titleraw command with rawtext.
The times subcommand controls timing: how fast the text appears, how long it stays and how it fades.
Pick a display mode: title, subtitle, actionbar, or both.
Choose a target — nearest player, everyone, or yourself.
Type your text and optionally set the timings in ticks (20 ticks = 1 second).
Copy the command. Bedrock uses § codes rather than JSON.
The rawtext format doesn't accept standalone § codes. Colour is set with a separate object whose text field contains the § characters. The tool does this for you.
Without a times subcommand the text disappears immediately. Set stay — say 40 ticks, which is two seconds.
It renders above the hotbar, which suits cooldown hints, timers and progress readouts.
Java uses JSON components, Bedrock uses rawtext.
Java: /title commands. Bedrock: /titleraw.
